Oh, oops...sorry to be so late in response. I started an online Master's Degree program with the University of Phoenix and have been juggling my job with school and family responsibilities and health issues.

In answer, it has been my experience that when a young bully has more personal affirmation for doing what is right, and more personal time with essential adults, with clear boundaries, the bully behavior self-eliminates.

Sometimes I worry about my two year old becoming a bully. He has several recent examples told to me where he stomps on younger children's hands or their toys.

Thoughts about how to work with very young children?

Charles Js last blog post..<a href="http://charlesjeter.com/2008/05/20/monkeypis-analysis-of-sun-microsystems-tech-writer-class-action-suit/" rel="nofollow">MonkeyPi’s Analysis of Sun Microsystems Tech Writer Class Action Suit</a>

I found your blog via Google while searching for anger management activity for children and your post regarding Shiprock Stories: Comfortable Failure looks very interesting to me. I could not believe the amount of quality material on this site. The site is extremely eyecatching and pulls the reader straight in, the articles are great quality and are very professionally written. I have seen too many of these sites where it looks like they pay an 8 year old to do the writing - Not this one. Your site is easily the best that I have seen in a long while.
