I started an online Master's Degree program with the University of Phoenix and have been juggling my job with school and family responsibilities and health issues. In answer, it has been my experience that when a young bully has more personal affirmation for doing what is right, and more personal time with essential adults, with clear boundaries, the bully behavior self-eliminates. Oh, oops…sorry to be so late in response.
