		<description>Oh, oops...sorry to be so late in response.  I started an online Master&#039;s Degree program with the University of Phoenix and have been juggling my job with school and family responsibilities and health issues.

In answer, it has been my experience that when a young bully has more personal affirmation for doing what is right, and more personal time with essential adults, with clear boundaries, the bully behavior self-eliminates.</description>
